Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products & Services

We offer:

  • Handcrafted wood items

Many of our products are made-to-order and handcrafted. Because of this, variations such as, but not limited to; wood grain, color, texture, engraving depth, and finish are natural and expected. These variations are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom items are created specifically for you.
By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

  • All personalization details (names, dates, spelling, designs) are correct

  • You approve the final submitted design or instructions

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final on Custom Items

All custom engraved and personalized items are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on custom items unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error.

Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit.

Shipping

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, logos, images, text, and product concepts — is the property of North Sound Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Sound Designs, and all associated parties, from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States / State of Washington.
